VerifiedClimate™ provides neutral evidentiary infrastructure only. It guarantees the timing, custody, and integrity of VerifiedClimate Records at issuance. The Company does not perform assessment, assurance, certification, or advisory functions.

VerifiedClimate™ provides neutral evidentiary infrastructure for climate- and compliance-linked declarations.
As of December 2025, VerifiedClimate™ is in an institutional evaluation phase, engaging with reviewers, compliance teams, and funding actors to assess evidentiary workflows and prescription pathways ahead of broader institutional use.

2. Investment Alignment

VerifiedClimate™ engages with investors who understand:
a) the role of evidentiary custody within regulatory, audit, assurance, and funding systems
b) the long adoption cycles associated with category-defining infrastructure
c) the necessity of neutrality, non-integrated architecture, and deterministic issuance under a clearly defined custody boundary

VerifiedClimate™ maintains a governance structure consistent with its role as neutral evidentiary infrastructure:
a) deterministic, non-discretionary issuance
b) strict neutrality and non-advisory operating principles
c) no routine human access to submitted materials
d) encryption-based custody, hashing, and timestamping
e) operation on ISO/IEC 27001-certified and SOC-audited infrastructure providers for all systems that store, process, or transmit evidentiary content

5. Market Context and Strategic Rationale

Climate and compliance reporting regimes increasingly require not only disclosure, but evidence-backed disclosure.
Regulatory frameworks introduce longitudinal accountability requirements that existing workflows struggle to satisfy. Current practices rely heavily on static documents, spreadsheets, and retrospective reconstruction. In many workflows, evidence must be reconstructed after the fact from fragmented submissions, creating delay, ambiguity, and avoidable review cost.
